At 19:00 on December 4th, local time, the project department of O&M Power Tajikistan project organized the " Safety Production Conference in December 2019", aiming to periodically summarize the operation and safety production since the unit startup to power and heat generation, as well as to fill a vacancy leak, to improve working performance continuously, and to deploy the work tasks of next stage. At the conference, Mr. Wu and Mr. Li put forward higher requirements and arrangements towards safety production and staff's life.

Safety director Mr. Song summarized the safety production work of November and arranged the work in next month. He required all the specialization staff to do self-examination and correction of hidden danger and make a summary to form a closed loop mechanism as well as to protect the unit against cold and freezing condition.
Project manager Mr. Liu made a summary of the unit operation at this stage. He pointed out that the continuous and one-time successful startup of three units in 4 days and 3 nights proved that we have a team that can fight tough battles. During the startup, every operation and maintenance engineer worked day and night in the front line, which was highly praised by General contractor TBEA. There emerged a group of excellent model cadres, such as Jiao Rugang and Liu Yang, the indefatigable boiler and I&C maintenance engineer, Zhao Xiaoqiu, a turbine maintenance engineer with craftsmanship spirits, and Lu Yongshang, a bold electrical maintenance engineer. During this operation stage, the first phase of project also realized from operation only to comprehensive guidance. Victory but not arrogant, while seeing your own achievements, it is more important to discover your own shortcomings. The project manager required the main operators of phase II to strengthen professional learning and upgrade skills as soon as possible and to be careful in their work, especially the operation record, inspection record, operation logs and the declaration and acceptance of spare parts. He also called on everyone to work together to do best and complete the winter power generation and heating work with high quality.

At the meeting, Mr. Li brought greetings from Chairman Mr. Qu to all employees, and pointed out that the project created three firsts: the first project visited by a head of a state; the first project implemented for 6 years with renewable contract; and the first project in Central Asia. He hoped to communicate more with the staff. Mr. Wu requested the project department to do better in production management, safety management and employee's life management. Besides, he required all the staff to check for vacancies, study hard, and unite to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
