To enhance the fire safety awareness of the staff further, to improve the self-defense and self-rescue capabilities, and to create an atmosphere where everyone cares and values fire protection work, the Tajikistan project department launches fire safety publicity with the theme of "All Concerns About Fire Protection, And Life and Safety Come First". All the divisions are required to implement the maintenance of fireproofing facilities and the identification of potential safety hazards, carefully check key fire prevention points in the production and living areas, leaving no dead spaces, and making  a good safety precautions for winter operation.                    

This activity is divided into three parts. Firstly, the project department conducts training regarding fire safety and examination ; secondly, each department shall carry  out self-inspection and self-correction within their own scope, especially the oil system, switchgear rooms, boiler pulverizing system, coal handling and other key fire prevention places at site; thirdly, use fire-fighting devices to perform a fire drill.

Through this "Fire Safety Month" activity, it strengthens the staff's awareness of safety first. Especially, after watching the fire warning film, they all realize the vulnerability of life in front of the fire, and pays attention to avoid any fire risks in the work. Meanwhile, self-inspection of unit and equipment and inspection of fire equipment inspection  within the full range of the power plant eliminate the potential safety hazards in the bud, so as to secure and stabilize winter operation and life.
