On September 17th, 2018, the opening ceremony of training for Bangladesh 225MW CCPP project phase III was held in Xi¡¯an by O&M Power, marking the beginning of the formal electrical training for Bangladesh trainees in China.

At the opening ceremony, party A and representatives of the owner's traineesdelivered speeches respectively, expressing their gratitude for the preparation of the training. President Qu extended a warm welcoming to the Bangladesh friends, and expressed that the O&M Power was happy to provide with the excellent technical training and comfortable life-support service and hoped that the trainees could cherish this training opportunity to learn and master the technical key points for power genenration unit.

It is reported that this training would last for 58 days. The training combined theoretical training with practical training and was divided into 3 stages: theoretical training for each specialty of gas-steam combined cycle, simulator operation training and practical training in similar power plant. O&M Power had developed power plant commissioning, operation and training in several places of Bangladesh, with its profound experience on gas-fired power plant operation and highly-skilled team, it would certainly set up a great, professional and comfortable study atmosphere for the trainees.

This systematic training would effectively improve the professional skills of trainees in power field, facilitate them to be competent at the operation work in power plant and lay a good foundation for the safe commissioning and operation in future.
