In order to complete the annual safety inspection in the Spring of 2019 better and more effectively, Tajikistan Project Department has organized all project personnel to convene the mobilization meeting on overall safety inspection in the first time after receiving the order from the Headquarters in accordance with our company's general deployment. In the mobilization meeting, all personnel have studied the spirits in the notification document and understood respective tasks on the safety inspection. According to the document, it is required that, first of all, the person in charge of each specialization should draw up a plan, make self-inspection and rectification as required therein. In addition, the Project Department should inspect, check and summarize comprehensively.

As all specializations in the project were implementing self-inspection, Xiangshui chemical plant explosion accident occurred in China. The Project Department organized all personnel to study Analysis Report on "3.21" Xiangshui Extraordinarily Serious Accident of Tianjiayi Chemical Plant in Jiangsu, to learn from the accident, further enhance inspection, and eliminate potential safety hazards without missing single one through all-around inspection in the spring.

On Mar. 25, the Project Manager, LIU Shoutong, led the safety inspection team to carry out safety inspections, comprehensively and carefully, on all specializations in the whole Power Plant. Meanwhile, the inspection team also put forward requirements on all specializations, emphasized that safety is never a trifle, and required all personnel to learn from the "3.21" accident, follow up the deployment of "Inspection in Spring" of the Headquarters, and normalize self-inspection and rectification of hidden problems. Moreover, the inspection team also required all personnel to highly value the problems psychologically and make response rapidly and physically, thus guaranteeing safe operation of 4 units as well as the personal security of all staff in the Power Plant.
