On the afternoon of November 25, 2019, the O&M project department of the Philippine Concepcion power plant held the monthly exam in the conference room of  plant office building.

This monthly exam was conducted orderly under the arrangement of responsible personnel of each major, and attended by both Chinese and Philippine operators at the same time. Due to the shift system of operation personnel, the attendants are  divided into two groups for the the exam: first group starts the exam at 13:30, while  the other group begins at 16:00.

The project department organizes the examination every month, aiming to improve staff's awareness of continuous learning, thereby further improving their professional skills. Through the exam, operators know their own shortcomings and improve themselves., pay close  attention to  site safety production and strengthen safety awareness. It is expected to promote the continuous learning by operation personnel through exams held by the project department, exerting  a positive effect on the site safety production and ensuring  long-term stable operation of the equipment in the power plant.
