On the occasion of the Spring Festival, to ensure that all the members of the project department can have a stable, peaceful and happy Spring Festival, the Tajikistan project department of O&M Power set up a special joint inspection team on January 11 to carry out a completely safety inspection before the Spring Festival, requiring to achieve "horizontal to the side, vertical to the end, no dead corner left ",  and then submitted relevant materials and made rectification timely after the inspection.

Liu Shoutong, the project manager, stressed at the meeting that due to the low temperature and high probability of rain and snow weather in Tajikistan during the Spring Festival, the safety inspection should be combined with the site safety production, we shall attach high importance to the inspection ideologically rather than formally, especially to focusing on freeze protection of the essential equipment.

After the meeting, special checks are implemented to major equipment of phase I & II in groups, the enforcement of ten major bans on auxiliary equipment, safe and civilized production management, management of power distribution room, temporary electricity utilization, key site, hazardous article, fire protection safety, as well as the fire protection safety of office area and living quarters, hygiene and food safety, electricity safety and so on.

Safety responsibility is greater than Mount Tai, only when everyone keep in mind that safety red line cannot be touched at any time, can everyone at site and the company be at ease. Through this joint inspection, the joint inspection team identified some potential safety hazards, and then corrected them immediately to form closed-loop results, and nipped the hidden dangers in the bud, laying a foundation for the safe and stable operation of the unit, and effectively guaranteeing the personal safety of all the staff of the project department.
