1) Jinyuyuan Captive Power Plant 2*50MW CFB Coal-fired Unit (EPC contracting)
This project was started in 2005. The main equipment was a second-hand turbine (BK50-2) manufactured by Russia in 1952 and one 240T/pulverized coal-fired boiler manufactured by Shandong Boiler Company. O&M Power was in charge of overall equipment installation, second-hand turbine restoration and installation, whole-set commissioning and operation technical guidance service. This power station has already generated power in 2006 with the full load of one unit of 550MW.
2) Shandong Weiqiao 1*330MW Unit (EPC contracting)
This project is the technological rebuilding and extending project of Shandong Weiqiao Aluminum Power Company which includes four boilers and four turbines And Requirements for other four boilers and four turbines will be reserved for further extension:.
Boiler: Manufactured by Wuhan Boiler Company. Boiler Maximum Continuous Rating (B-MCR working condition): 1217t/h. Rated steam pressure: 18.5Mpa. Sub-critical coal-fired boiler: Rated steam temperature: 543
Turbine: Manufactured by Nanjing Turbine &Electric Machinery Group CO., LTD. Model: C330/N350-17.75/0.981/540/540
Generator: Manufactured by Nanjing Turbine &Electric Machinery Group CO., LTD. Model: QFW-350-2. Rated power: 350MW. Cooling mode: air cooling. Main transformer: manufactured by TBEA. Model: SFP10-400000/220. Rated capacity: 400MVA
O&M Power has fulfilled construction goals through two years of efforts.
3) Indonesia South Kalimantan 2*65MW Coal-fired Power Plant (EPC Project Technical Service)
The owner of this project is Indonesia National Power Generation Company and it is the extension unit of Asam-Asam power plant. It is a 2*65MW coal-fired unit, with110KV substation and seawater desalination and wastewater treatment. Indonesia WIKA company and China Chengda Engineering Co., Ltd have won the bidding together. O&M Power is in charge of providing all technical service and project implementation work, such as installation, individual commissioning, commissioning, operation and training while WIKA Company is mainly responsible for construction work.
The synchronization and power generation of unit #3 in this project has been completed in April, 2012 and unit #4 will realize this goal in July, 2012.
