      The power generation and heating started on September 16, 2018, a total of 204 days, with the total capacity of 1.48 billion KWh, heating capacity 341,555 JKcal, burning 998,500 tons of coal. In power generation and heating season during the whole winter, they made no mistakes in thousands of times operation as well as equipment defects elimination. They have set two records in 2018-2019 winter power generation and heating: one is the longest power generation and heating season; the second is none unplanned shutdown. It is also the best result in the five-year history since the startup of the project. These achievements result from the close cooperation of the O&M operation department, the maintenance department and the general affair department. It is the result of the hard work of 180 working staff, which contains everyone's hard work, sweat and even tears. Through our joint efforts, our personnel have been highly appraised and recognized by Party A as well as by the government of Tajikistan .On March 18 this year, the fact that the Ministry of Energy held the Nawaruzi Festival celebration in O&M Power project department is the greatest recognition and praise to our achievements!

      Read broadly and be cautious in practice; accumulate more and express properly. After taking turns for vacation, the staff on the Tajikistan project will be full of enthusiasm to work together in summer equipment maintenance and staff training to lay a solid foundation for the operation in the fall of 2019!
