The project, located in west Yiyang County of Henan Province, which is one of the double-loop power supply modification projects in 2007 in Luoyang City of Henan Province. It is a 35kV substation and the outgoing distribution line is with capacity of 10kV, which solves the problem of double power supplies for 6 coal mines in Chengguan Village and Town. The 35kV double-loop line was 2.8km long and the foundation work was finished on May 15, 2007. NWPower has successfully completed the HV equipment commissioning of the project.

The project, located in Liuquan Town of Yiyang County, is one of the grid modification projects for the villages in Luoyang City of Henan Province. The substation is expanded from 35kV to 110kV, which aims to meet the requirements of industrial and domestic power supply in Liuquan County. The project was started in August, 2008. The dismantling of the old units was completed on September 20, 2008. The replacement and installation was started in October, 2008, and the whole project was completed in September, 2009. NWPower has participated in the installation and commissioning of the project.

The wind power plant, located in Jinbian County of Shaanxi Province, consists of 12 wind generating units of capacity 1500kW for each. The total capacity of the power plant is 18MW. The 35kV substation is the supporting facilities of the project. The project was started in May, 2010 and completed for operation in April, 2011.NWPower was responsible for the commissioning of the project.

The project, located in Gaojia Town of Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, is one of grid modification projects for the villages in China. The substation adopts a new substation monitoring system, which realizes 24 hours unattended operation. The project was completed and put into service in May, 2009 and it is the first unattended substation project that NWPower has ever participated in the construction. Unattended substation monitoring system consists of three parts:

1) front-terminal comprehensive monitoring equipment (Audio/video monitoring, environment variable monitoring, access control, etc.), host computer, monitoring software.
2) Network transmission part (broadband, wireless network, ADSL or industrial user special network).
3) Management center software platform, unattended server, monitoring terminal, MIS network terminal, etc. NWPower has participated in the installation, commissioning and monitoring software development of the project.
