This is a coal fired power plant (capacity 2X150MW) of phase-2 extension project of Hainan Jinhai Pulp and Paper Power Plant. The design steam flow of #3 and #4 boilers is 670t/h. The boiler is produced by DEC Boiler Co. Ltd, of DGJ670/12.7-II3 type. It is a no-reheating, high temperature and ultrahigh pressure CFB boiler.

#6 & #7 units are CC150/N105-12.3/1.57/0.89 type manufactured by Harbin Steam Turbine Co., LTD. It is of high temperature, ultrahigh pressure, no-reheating, double-casing (HIP casing & LP casing) double-exhaust, single shaft, double-extraction and condensing type. The generator type is QF-150-2 produced by Harbin Electric Machinery Company Limited. It is air-cooling steam turbine generator and the generator-transformer set is with unit connection. NWPower has undertaken training, manual compilation, operation & maintenance services for this project.

Indonesian Labuhan Angin 2X115MW CFB coal-fired power plant project is a turnkey project of China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC). The power plant is with 2X115MW coal-fired units. The fuel is from BUKIT ASAM coal mine. The boiler adopts Foster Wheeler HP CFB drum boiler. The turbine is single-shaft, double-casing, double-exhaust and condensing type, which is produced by Shanghai Electric Power Generation Equipment Co. Ltd. The generator is manufactured by Shandong Huali Electromechnical Co. Ltd..

NWPower Indonesian Labuhan Angin 2X115MW coal fired power plant project has lasted for 32 months since 28th, Feb. 2008. Under the leadership of CMEC Labuhan Angin project divisions and the support from design, installation, commissioning departments and manufacture representatives, NWPower has successfully completed all the operation and operation guidance in the milestones such as the chemical temporary system water production, urban transformer temporary power energization, power backfeeding of transmission lines, boiler acid cleaning, boiler baking, pipe steam blowing, unit startup, dynamic commissioning, 4X168 hours trial running, performance test, unit operation, and initial unit overhaul. NWPower Labuhan Angin project division had submitted 403 engineering coordination sheets and 207 letters to PLN via CMEC. The project division had undertaken unit startup and shutdown for 120 times, common operation for thousands of times and troubleshooting for 55 times. In addition, the project division had processed 1501 pieces of work permits and 253 pieces of operation permits, of which the qualification is 100%. The project division had eliminated the power plant defects for 428 points and carried out emergency repair for 17 times. Up to 7th, November, 2010, the power generation capacity is 1.4855 billion KWH in total and the power supplying capacity is 1.3749 billion KWH.

Owned by PLN, PLTU Nagan Raya NAD 2X110MW Coal-fired Power Plant is contracted by SINOHYDRO as a turnkey project. It is located in Suak Puntong, Kuala of Nagan Raya, Nangroe Aceh Darussalam province on the west coast of North Sumatra and about 175km away from the southeast of Banda Aceh.
In 2011, NWPower won the contract to provide technical services for this project, which include training, manual compilation, operation, operation and maintenance during warranty period.
